Will this work for me?

CALEN AI Works for any business that markets 1-1 appointments: Car dealerships, doctors, lawyers, consultants, coaches, marketing agencies, etc. If the call to action on your website is to book an appointment (demo, strategy call, audit, etc.) CALEN AI is a good fit for your use case. We currently do NOT support use cases for mobile services.

How do I pay for the service?

No setup fees, contracts or auto charging subscriptions. You purchase responses and refill them as necessary, depending on usage. 500 is the minimum number of responses you can purchase with a 5 month validity period. For example, when you sign up for the Intelligent plan and buy 500 responses for $25, you'll have 5 months to use those responses.

What happens if I fail to pay?

When your balance drops below $1, your AI Assistant will stop working. If your balance is still less than $1 30 days later, your account will be deleted.

Do I need to write scripts?

No, you don't need to write a single line of the script. Calen.ai was built using Conversation Marketing Framework that includes proven appointment scripts that continually improve using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and strategic human supervision.

What languages does CALEN AI support?

Voice assistant supports English only. Chat assistant supports 29 main languages.

What conversational channels are available?

CALEN AI is a multi-modal, omni-channel AI Assistant that works with telephony (voice) as well as SMS, FB Messenger, Instagram DMs, Whatsapp, Google Business Messenger and others.

Does CALEN AI have a flow builder?

No. You don't need a bot builder interface to activate your AI Assistant. Setting up CALEN AI is as easy as filling the form. You set your schedule, provide info about your business and the list of FAQs, and submit it for review. Typically we activate AI Assistant within 24 hours.

Can I request refund?

Yes, you can. We have a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee policy. Just contact our support, and we will refund you within 3-10 working days.

How do I train the assistant to answer FAQs about my services?
